The land conversation we are ready to have
TerraViae is interested in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and adjacent regions where 150–225 acres of farmland border or meaningfully connect to forest. Donation, bargain sale, patient option, partnership, and other mission-aligned pathways may be considered.
A promising property still must pass ecological, legal, regulatory, access, and engineering review. TerraViae will walk away when the land or jurisdiction cannot support the mission responsibly.
Share a land opportunity ↗TerraViae has not acquired a site, begun construction, opened resident applications, or finalized the housing, governance, infrastructure, or operating model. Those are outcomes of the work ahead, not assumptions hidden inside the vision.
